Chic and Shines offers flexible shipping methods to help you save on freight or time.

Order processing time

Once orders are paid for, the warehouse service typically takes 1 to 2 business days (affected by the hot sales season or holidays, the processing time may be extended to 3 to 4 business days) for quality inspection, packaging, and then delivery to the logistics center for shipment.

Shipping time

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, shipping congestion, special holidays, etc.), the shipping time may be delayed accordingly. This should not be the basis for after-sales service or disputes regarding the order.

During major holidays such as Christmas, order processing and delivery times will be longer than usual. To avoid any disruption to your orders, we recommend planning your shopping in advance.
