After-sales service

We do our best to ensure that the products you purchase can meet your requirements with strict quality control and careful packaging, but it is still impossible to be 100% satisfied.
We make returns and refunds easy for everyone. Here are some questions you want to know:
How much time do I have before requesting after-sales service?
We provide 7 days after-sales service for all orders.
From the date of signing the order or the delivery date communicated by the logistics company. You will no longer benefit from after-sales service 7 days after delivery or signing of the order.

Situations are handled by after-sales service

Here are some practical examples of what is covered by after-sales service:
Situation: Some products you purchased from Chic and Shines have quality problems or are broken during shipping?
Answers: In most cases, we will provide you with a full refund for the products.
Situation: You have not received your package?
Answers: In most cases, we will help you track the package at first. If it is determined that the package has been lost, we will refund you the full amount.

Situations not covered by after-sales service

Due to the high cost of international logistics and customs duties, refund is not supported by after-sales service in the following situations:
  • Don't like the products received or think the quality is not satisfactory.
  • The wrong size or color was selected.
  • The delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect, resulting in the logistics company being unable to deliver the package or the package being lost.
  • The recipient's phone is still unanswered and cannot get in touch via email, phone, social media, etc., which causes the logistics company to fail to deliver the package or lose it.
  • Failure of the customer to cooperate with customs clearance will result in the parcel being destroyed by customs.
  • The customer requested that the package be placed in the garage or in front of the door, which resulted in the package being lost.
For non-quality issues or quality issues without valid proof, we will not accept any returns.
Note: The warehouse department cannot accept any packages subject to shipping and customs duties or packages returned without negotiation.
