After-sales service
We do our best to ensure that the products you purchase meet your requirements with strict quality control and careful packaging, but it is always impossible to be 100% satisfied.
We make returns and refunds easy for everyone. Here are some questions you might want to know:
How long do I have before I need to contact customer service?
We provide 14 days of after-sales service for all orders.
From the date of order signature or the delivery date communicated by the logistics company, you will no longer be entitled to after-sales service 14 days after delivery or order signature.
The customer service department handles these situations.
Here are some practical examples of what is covered by after-sales service:
Situation: Some products you purchased from Chic and Shines have quality issues or were broken during shipping?
Answers: In most cases, we will fully refund the products.
Situation: You haven't received your package?
Answers: In most cases, we will help you track the package initially. If it is determined that the package has been lost, we will refund the full amount.
These situations are not covered by customer service.
Due to the high cost of international logistics and customs duties, refunds are not covered by after-sales service in the following situations:
- You do not like the products received or you think the quality is not satisfactory.
- The wrong size or color was selected.
- The delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect, which makes it impossible for the logistics company to deliver the package or results in the package being lost.
- The recipient's phone number is always unanswered and they cannot be contacted by email, phone, social media, etc., which prevents the logistics company from delivering the package or causes it to get lost.
- Failure by the customer to cooperate with customs clearance results in the destruction of the package by customs.
- The customer requested that the package be placed in the garage or in front of the door, which resulted in the package being lost.
For non-quality issues or quality problems without valid proof, we will not accept any returns.
Note: The warehouse service cannot accept any packages subject to shipping and customs duties or packages returned without negotiation.
