How much does it cost to ship my order?

What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 1 to 2 business days to process your order.

What are your delivery times?

You will receive your order within a maximum of 20 to 25 days after placing your order on the website. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped from our warehouse.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to all countries (except in cases of force majeure and according to national regulations).

Do you provide product tracking/monitoring information?

Yes, after your products have been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Some items are missing from my order, what should I do?

Please send us an email with a description of the missing items and your order number along with your first and last name to the following address: info@chicandshines.com.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item to info@chicandshines.com and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Where are you located?

Our head office is in Guadeloupe but our warehouses are located in China, we also have service providers in mainland France.

I still haven't received my order

We apologize for the delay. Please feel free to contact us for more information about the status of your order (send us your order number, your first and last name). You can also track your package using the tracking number that was emailed to you upon shipment confirmation.

What is your refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online purchases. If you still wish to receive a refund, we can issue a credit note, provided the request is made within 7 days of receiving your order and the item(s) in question are not on sale.
