How much does it cost to ship my order?

  • Standard delivery (15 to 20 working days) at €8.00
  • Express delivery (10 to 15 working days) at €14.00 and FREE from €49.00 of purchase.

- For the French overseas departments and territories

  • Standard delivery (15 to 20 working days) at €19.99
  • Express delivery (10 to 15 working days) at €38.00 or FREE from €129.00 of purchase.

- In Europe

  • Standard delivery (15 to 20 working days) at €8.00
  • Express delivery (10 to 15 working days) at €14.00 and FREE from €100.00 of purchase.

- The rest of the world

  • Standard delivery (15 to 20 working days) at €9.00
  • Express delivery (10 to 15 working days) at €15.00 and FREE from €150.00 of purchase.

What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 2-6 business days to process your order.

What are your delivery times?

You will receive your order within a maximum of 20 to 25 days after ordering on the site. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped from our warehouse.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship to all countries (except force majeure and country rules)

Do you provide product tracking/tracing information?

Yes, after your products are shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Some items are missing from my order, what should I do?

Please send us an email with the description of the missing items and your order number with your first and last name to the following address: info@chicandshines.com.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to the email address: info@chicandshines.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

Where are you located?

Our head office is in Guadeloupe but our warehouses are located in China . We also have service providers in mainland France.

I still haven't received my order

We apologize for the delay. Please feel free to contact us to learn more about the progress of your order (send us your order number, your first and last name). You can also track your package via the tracking number that was sent to you by email upon shipment confirmation.

What is your refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course issue a credit, in the event that the recourse is made within 7 days following the date of receipt of your order and that the product(s) concerned are not on sale.
